Dictionary.com Store Frequently Asked Questions – Exchanges:
1. I ordered a shirt size, but I want to exchange for a different size?
- Our return policy does not cover products ordered in the wrong size, or situations where people want a different size than the one they ordered. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order.
2. I ordered the wrong shirt size- can you help?
- If you received the correct size that matches the size you ordered, we are unable to issue a refund. If you ordered a size and that size is what arrived, we are not able to refund or exchange your purchase.
- As our refund policy outlines, refunds will only be considered in the event that someone receives an incorrect or damaged order.
3. My purchase arrived damaged or mislabeled- can I get a replacement item?
- We aren’t able to issue refunds for damaged items. But we want to make this right!
- If the item is in new, unworn condition, let us know what's wrong within 30 days and we'll try our best to make it right. (See our full return policy.) When contacting us, please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue. We’ll be happy to review and assist.
