Can I be refunded for an app or upgrade I purchased? Helpdesk -

Unfortunately, we are not able to process any refunds or recover previously purchased in-app purchases. We recommend using iTunes Support or Google Play to request a refund for the in-app purchase you previously made.


If you do not receive a response from the iTunes Store within 48 hours of submitting your refund request via iTunes, or if you have any further questions about your app, feel free to contact us  and we will be happy to continue to help you with this issue.
