Restore my purchases/upgrades Helpdesk -

Please make sure that you are accessing the correct app where you bought the upgrades because the upgrades are not transferable between the free app and the premium app. Also make sure you are using the same email or account you used to purchase the upgrade on the app store.  After you determined the correct app and account, please go to Upgrades on the browsing bar on a definition page, or under the main menu of the app, and tap on "Restore Purchase" to download your upgrades that you bought.
