How do I restore my purchases/upgrades? Helpdesk -

Please make sure that you are accessing the correct app where you bought the upgrades because the upgrades are not transferable between the free app and the premium app. Also make sure you are using the same email or account you used to purchase the upgrade on the app store.  After you determined the correct app and account, please tap on the main menu in the top left of the app, and tap Upgrades. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on "Restore Purchase" to download your upgrades that you bought.
