If you are not hearing audio pronunciations on your iPhone app, please try the following options:
- Is your sound loud enough? If your device is at all muted or turned down, you may not be able to hear the pronunciations.
- Is your app up-to-date with the most recent version? Check the App Store for updates. You can also check for updates on your device - Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check your current iOS version.
- Are you connected to the Internet? Pronunciation requires an Internet connection to function; if your 3G, 4G or WiFi connection is slow or weak, it could affect the performance of the feature.
